The link in your answer works, but not the link in the entry. It's a link to Dreamwidth, too, not to IJ. You probably have to first hit the "user" button on the DW entry field and then choose the journal, that usually works for me, or use a normal html link if you're just copy&pasting the entry form another journal.
I just found out by chance as I didn't know this comm.
